Hello and welcome to the website of Suantre Tonkinese and Burmese cats.
My name is Sue Arnold and Suantre is my GCCF registered prefix.

We obtained our first Tonkinese, a rescue kitten, in 1990 - and have now been breeding these stunning cats since 1995. We started breeding Burmese in 2002.

We live in Mobberley, Cheshire, in the countryside, but just minutes from Manchester airport and M6 and M56 motorways.

We produce all colours of Tonkinese and most Burmese colours, and all of our cats live as part of the family and kitten are reared in the same way.

Scally, our Lilac Tonkinese male, has been photographed by Purina, and his pictures used on the packaging of the Purina Pro Plan adult cat food.

In 2003 Suantre Fatal Attraction (Ziggy) became the first ever Tonkinese premier and Grand premier in the UK, after Tonkinese were able to compete to Championship status. He also obtained 4x Best of Breeds and acheived best Foreign neuter at the 2003 Gwynedd show. He has sired many beautiful kittens that have gone as far afield as Switzerland, he is also Grandsire of Champion Angisan Xcalibur Knight (Scally), our current Tonkinese male.
